Rough Night In Jericho (1967)
Dean Martin, George Peppard, and two-time Oscar nominee Jean Simmons star in this Western about a former lawman gone bad. Alex Flood (Martin) once helped clean up Jericho, but now he owns 51% of every business in town, except for the stage line run by Molly Lang (Simmons), an attractive widow on whom Flood has now set his sights. It's up to ex-Deputy U.S. Marshal Dolan (Peppard) to stop him, with Western stars John McIntire and Slim Pickens on opposite sides of the brutal battle. Arnold Laven directed this hard-hitting sagebrush saga, co-written by Marvin H. Albert, who adapted his novel The Man in Black with Sydney Boehm.
